Your background:

1. You will have 4-5+ years of post-graduate experience, ideally in a fast-moving tech start-up environment
   

2. Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject
   

3. You have a strong engineering mindset 
   

4. You have a growth mindset - you're hungry to learn, open to new ideas and willing to expand your skill set
   

5. You go way beyond surface-level familiarity with your tools to a deep understanding of React and web fundamentals: the DOM, async, promises, timeouts, unmounting/mounting, re-rendering, layout thrashing, etc. 
   

6. Strong technical and communication skills
   

7. Experience with cloud-based technologies, ideally AWS
   

8. Experience in video, WebRTC a plus
